ACKNOWLEDGMENTS |
This
Managing for Results Handbook represents the dedicated
efforts of the Strategic Planning Advisory Committee.
Between November 1993 and April 1994, the Committee,
whose members represent a cross-section of 19
State agencies, reviewed and evaluated agency
plans and studied approaches employed in other
states. The Committee then assisted the
Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting
(OSPB) in defining a model for Arizona’s state
government that not only built upon existing agency
strategic planning and quality management strengths,
but also incorporated the latest approaches of
measuring performance to achieve meaningful results.
1998 ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
This
Handbook has been revised to incorporate all changes
